 Mr. Braverman graduated from the Kharkov Engineering and Economics Institute and holds a Ph.D. in Economics. From 1995 to 2001 he served as President of the Russian Marketing Association, 1997-1998 – Deputy Minister of Property Relations, 1998-1999 – First Deputy Chairman of the State Property Committee, 2004–present – Advisor to Minister of Economic Development, 2006-2008 - Chairman of the Commission on Development of Affordable Housing for the President’s Council on implementation of priority national projects and demographics policy.
